"A Message from the Board" As most everyone is now aware, our new management company, RCP, is making regular neighborhood inspections. Consistent and reasonable enforcement is a mandate of TMHOA Board of Directors, and RCP is helping us make Towne Meadows an attractive, well-maintained community. Initially, violation notices were given to almost 40% of the community. The good news is that violations are easily corrected for the most part. RCP reports they are not noticing anything major. Please help us "turn around" Towne Meadows. Review your documents so that you're aware of restrictions and rules. Please don't harass our inspectors. They are doing their job impartially throughout the neighborhood. You're not the only one getting "sticky notes" or letters.
