special circumstances affecting your ability to pay your assessments, please
contact Renaissance Community Partners to make arrangements. Their goal is
to help you meet your financial obligations to the community. They can help
you avoid costly collections costs by working with them. |

Appeal Hearing Process |
| Owners may
appeal fines and collections costs applied to their account by requesting in
writing within 15 days of receiving notice of the fine or collections
charge. Appeals may be in writing or in person.
As collections costs applied to accounts
are usually "hard costs" and real expenses to the association, they are
seldom waived. To give your appeal the greatest chance of success, you
should be current in payment of assessments owed the Association.
Please call Renaissance if there are
circumstances that prevent you from being able to meet the community rules.
